All prints are made to order. We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and details accurately, but actual prints may vary slightly due to your screen settings and the nature of fine-art printing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.

Orders & payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Intellectual property

All images, photographs, and content on this site are the property of Niaz Uddin and are protected by copyright. Purchase of a print grants you ownership of the physical piece for personal, non-commercial display only. It does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights. The images may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated into these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
