Refund policy

Every print is made to order, individually produced for you at the time of purchase. For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for an incorrect print type, shape, or size selection. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or defective prints

Your work is produced and packed to gallery standard. In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we will replace it at no cost to you. To request a replacement, contact us within 30 days of delivery at niaz@niazuddin.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Once approved, we will produce and ship a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

Order cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be honored if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
