Visit Palm Springs brought me in to make a TV commercial around one idea: there is no place like Palm Springs.
So instead of selling the scenery on its own, we followed a group of friends through a day in the city. Out exploring, lounging by the pool, sharing drinks and food, and having fun together. The spot shows what it feels like to be there, not just what it looks like.
I directed and produced it, then shot and edited it, over three shoot days. It aired on TV across the USA and Canada in 30, 60 and 90 second versions, and I delivered a series of lifestyle photographs alongside it.
